We have compiled the most common inquiries regarding initial prototyping, custom tooling, multi-regional fulfillment, and warranty processes. Our goal is to provide maximum transparency so your engineering and supply chain teams can minimize friction and avoid hidden costs.

Customization & Engineering Access
During scoping, an NRE fee is calculated based on scope. If your purchasing volume meets the agreed target within a two-year window, the NRE is fully credited back against hardware purchases.
Timing depends on complexity. Minor enclosure and I/O changes usually take three to four weeks. Full board-level redesigns often take six to twelve weeks to produce a working EVT unit.

Branding & Packaging
Please provide high-resolution vector files such as AI, PDF, or EPS. If the mark is trademarked, we also require a signed authorization confirming your right to print it.

Fulfillment & RMA Policy
Every dispatched unit includes a tamper-evident serial number sticker. Even in a blind drop-shipping program, that identifier is logged in our system and tied to the original dispatch date for warranty tracking.
Contact our support team first for remote troubleshooting. If a hardware fault is confirmed, we issue an RMA number and provide return instructions. Status updates are then sent automatically during service.
